Twin test stand for pipe flanges and straight fittings

The twist test stand serves to test pipe flanges and straight fittings in the dimension range from NS 6 to NS 200 in the pressure ranges from NP 16 to NP 100 for leak-proof houses with water at 1.43 NP, i.e. up to 143 bar water pressure as testing medium, according to a specified programme. Testing up to NP 100 is only possible up to the diameter range NS 40; testing up to NP 70 is only possible up to the diameter range NS 70. Larger diameters can be tested up to NP 40.

The mechanical components mainly consist of an oil-hydraulic clamping system and the water-hydraulic test pressure generation. The test specimen is clamped axially between the adapters using an oil-hydraulic cylinder. The test specimens are inserted by hand, centred using an adapter, clamped over the hydraulic cylinder and checked for leaks. The test parameters input is realised in a customer-specific manner from permanently programmed values via manually changeable ones up to the type-specific test database. The test results are also evaluated customer-specifically, from simple signalling of the test result via signing to a database of the test results with automatic certificate generation.
 
The measured values are saved. All states of switching devices are shown in the visualisation.
