Declaration on accessibility

ATG Automations-Technik Gröditz GmbH & Co. KG endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG) and the Barrier-free Websites Act (BfWebG) in conjunction with the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). The BfWebG is supplemented by the Barrier-free Websites Ordinance (BfWebVO). These laws are drafted in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

This accessibility statement applies to the following website:
https://www.atgr.de

Accessibility status

Accessibility is based on the internationally valid Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at conformity level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, version 3.2.1. For PDF documents, the international standard PDF/UA-1 is also observed.
This website and its mobile application are largely accessible in accordance with the above-mentioned guidelines.

Non-accessible content

The following barriers currently still exist:
  • “Alt texts” do not yet contain the full descriptions, which may still cause problems with some text readers.
  • The contrast button is only available in the accessibility menu.
  • Further barriers may occur that have not been recognized in the previous self-check.

We are working on removing these barriers.

Non-accessible content outside the legal provisions
The following content is currently not accessible, but is exempt from the obligation in accordance with Section 1 (2) sentence 1 BfWebG in conjunction with Article 1 (4) of EU Directive 2016/2102:
  • File downloads that were published before 23.09.2018.
  • Audios/videos published before 23.09.2020 do not contain a description.
  • Third party content where content is added dynamically - this third party content is outside our control, not funded or developed by us.
  • Maps are third party content.
  • The content is not available in plain language. The offer is aimed at a specialist audience that usually deals with technical terms from business, marketing, media design and web-based technologies.

Accessible functions

Using the functions in the “Accessibility settings” box, the font can be enlarged for better recognition and reduced again for precise adjustment without the content being cut off.
The colors can be changed to grayscale and restored. It is also possible to increase and decrease the contrast. The functions can be linked together. All settings can be reset individually or all together.

Handling instructions in the “Accessibility settings” box for font sizes, grayscale and contrast:

click on "Enlarge font" several times to gradually increase the letter size,
  • Click on “Reduce font size” several times to reduce the letter size, whereby you can also go back by clicking on “Reset all”,
  • Click on “Grayscale on / off” to change the color of the content to grayscale, click again to reset the application,
  • Clicking on “Contrast high / normal” increases the contrast of the entire content, clicking again resets the application.
  • You can deactivate all functions by clicking on “Reset all”.
  • To read this explanation again, use the “Accessibility information” in the settings box that leads to this page.
  • You can hide the window with the settings box for the “Accessibility settings” under “Close”.

Once set, the functions are retained on all pages until they are reset. Click on the graphic symbol (icon / gray human symbol on a white circle) in the settings box to open the settings menu again.

The settings function is available as a function symbol (icon) at all times and on all pages of the website.
