Test stand for return valves

The test stand serves to test return valves in the range of NS15 - NS100 with the medium air according to En12266. It has been equipped with its own PLC control in which the test programme is stored and which records the test data. The measurement values from the process are recorded via analogue inputs of the PLC. In addition to evaluating the test result, further data evaluation is already possible within this control.
 
Data can also be evaluated and saved using a PC. An optical-acoustic error message is sufficient for a simple ok/not ok-statement. An additional display device (operator panel) is available for numerical and further evaluations. The leak test is carried out by measuring the pressure rise in a vacuum. The valve is only pressed by gravity. The value for the maximum permissible rise and the test duration can be specified by the installer for each test step.
The test steps, pressure limits, test times etc. are stored in the control system for each type.
