Leak und strength test stand PDFA 1/1-600

The leak and strength test stand PDFA 1/1-600 was developed for testing ferrules made of cast material. Respective adjustment allows for adapting the system to a large number of geometrical shapes of ferrules and fittings up to nominal diameter 600. The special feature of this test system is that the tightness test and also the strength test are carried out in one clamping action. In order to locate a leak, the test specimen loaded with compressed air is immersed in a raised water basin. For the strength test, a force that corresponds to the later installation is exerted on the valve housing. The test procedure is carried out automatically and flexible in terms of time.
 
The system is suitable for testing small to large series. The test parameters input is realised in a customer-specific manner from permanently programmed values via manually changeable ones up to the type-specific test database. The test results are also evaluated customer-specifically, from simple signalling of the test result via signing to a database of the test results with automatic certificate generation.
