Test stand for straight fittings PDAG 3/4-2

The test device has been designed as twin test stand and serves to test straight fittings with air in accordance with EN12266-1: Tests P11 - tightness of the pressure-bearing housing, P12 - tightness test and valve function test. For the test, the device under test is manually placed in between the adapters. The operator communicates with the test stand via the touch panel and the operating elements (buttons, switches) on the test system.
 
The two test points are operated alternately. The test parameters input is realised in a customer-specific manner from permanently programmed values via manually changeable ones up to the type-specific test database.
 The test results are also evaluated customer-specifically, from simple signalling of the test result to a database of the test results with automatic certificate generation.
 
The test stand is operated via a TP.
