Leak test unit PDAS 1/4-15

The leak test system PDAS 1 / 4-15 was developed for testing water outlet fittings with and without pipe aerators, as well as with and without backflow prevention with the medium air. 4 fittings are tested from the outlet to the (closed) valve seat at the same time. The test specimens remain dry and can be packed immediately after the test.
By selecting the appropriate quick clamping devices, the system can also be adapted to other specimens with small volumes (up to approx. 100 ml with similar technical data). Clamping fixtures for external threads and hose connection glands are provided as standard.
 
It is operated by a foot switch while the operator is sitting. The test specimens are inserted and removed manually, the test procedure runs automatically, though. The test parameters input is realised in a customer-specific manner from permanently programmed values via manually changeable ones up to the type-specific test database. The test results are also evaluated customer-specifically, from simple signalling of the test result via signing to a database of the test results with automatic certificate generation.
